Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will drive strategic planning and execution for Microsoft Intune’s management capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and customer needs. This role requires effective leadership in roadmap development, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience with roadmap planning and release management.
- 3+ years of experience working with ADO workflows and feature lifecycle processes.
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
- 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
- Background in security, compliance, or device management solutions.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Ownership
- Define and maintain multi-quarter product roadmaps for Intune management features.
- Partner with PMM and engineering teams to ensure roadmap accuracy and readiness for external publishing (e.g., M365 Roadmap).
Release Communications & Documentation
- Oversee processes for release readiness, service communications, and documentation workflows.
- Ensure clarity and consistency in messaging across internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
- Lead initiatives to streamline planning processes, improve PM craft, and reduce operational load.
- Implement standardized systems for planning, execution, and status communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to align priorities and deliverables.
- Represent PM interests in quarterly planning, sprint reviews, and leadership syncs.
Customer-Centric Decision Making
- Drive clarity on investment priorities and manage CRM-based customer request processes.
- Empower CXE advocates and PMs to triage and communicate decisions effectively.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards in all product deliverables.
- Support initiatives related to least privilege and adminless experiences.
