Public Relations & Media ManagementDevelop and execute PR strategies for both the Philippine and global markets to strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media outlets.Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and official statements.Act as company spokesperson when required and prepare executives for media engagements.Strategic CommunicationsCreate and manage a comprehensive communications plan aligned with business objectives and market priorities.Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all external communications.Collaborate with internal teams to align communications with product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.Manage crisis communications and develop proactive strategies to mitigate reputational risks.Content & StorytellingOversee the creation of high-quality content such as opinion pieces, thought leadership articles, speeches, and social media posts.Identify opportunities for brand storytelling to highlight Coins.ph’s mission, values, and impact.Monitor industry trends to inform content and communication strategies.Measurement & ReportingTrack and analyze PR and communications metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.Prepare regular reports for leadership on media coverage, sentiment, and engagement.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.7+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or related roles, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology.Proven track record in managing media relations and executing PR campaigns in both local and international markets.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong crisis management and strategic planning skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries is an advantage.
