The Requirements: * Proven experience building consultant or lead-generation partnerships from scratch in a B2B SaaS environment. * Full-funnel partnership management experience: sourcing, onboarding, enablement, performance tracking. * Strong commercial acumen and ability to convert relationships into measurable business outcomes. * Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, self-starting, and comfortable operating in minimal-infrastructure settings. * Established networks across relevant verticals and geographies, ideally UK, Ireland, or Middle East. * Ability to act decisively, thrive in ambiguity, and balance strategy with hands-on execution.
