Senior Manager Sales
About the job
Based in the Dubai General Office, the Senior Manager Sales role drives market strategy and commercial execution for a global FMCG portfolio by extracting and analyzing distribution and sales reports from various sources, conducting POS and Nielsen data analysis to identify key opportunities, and setting clear next steps with the sales team. The mandate includes developing and implementing go-to-market strategies across product pricing, new product launches, and promotional activities; designing and delivering outstanding retail presence through projects linked to in-store fundamentals and sales; and monitoring and reporting on initiative progress to ensure alignment with business objectives and to identify improvement areas. The position works cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Product Supply to ensure flawless execution, develops and aligns APAC and channel strategy consistent with regional channel strategy, submits country pipeline volume forecasts, and tracks and reports results versus booklet goals, leveraging data analysis, sales forecasting, performance tracking, sales reporting, and channel strategy development in an FMCG environment across iconic brands.
