We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives within a global operations environment. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can partner with senior executives to deliver high-impact change programs, enhance operational performance, and ensure compliance with enterprise change-management frameworks.
You will drive programs that span multiple business lines, influencing decisions that shape the organization’s long-term operational strategy. The ideal candidate combines deep project-management expertise with strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee cross-functional programs that drive operational transformation and process excellence.
Develop detailed execution plans, define milestones, and ensure successful delivery against enterprise objectives.
Partner with leaders in operations, technology, risk, and finance to align strategy, resources, and outcomes.
Identify and mitigate program risks while maintaining compliance with enterprise change-management standards.
Provide strategic advisory support to executive stakeholders, influencing direction and decision-making across multiple business areas.
Deliver clear and concise status reporting, risk assessments, and financial tracking to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within a complex, matrixed organization.
