Our Corporate IT team ensures Trade Republic’s internal infrastructure runs securely and seamlessly, empowering teams
across Europe to deliver at scale.
As an IT Specialist, you’ll combine technical excellence with operational ownership, designing, automating, and maintaining
systems that keep the company running.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
● Administer and optimize our Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) to streamline workflows and
improve productivity
● Manage enterprise tools including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and cloud services (GCP, AWS)
● Own macOS lifecycle management via Jamf Pro, leading automation, compliance, and onboarding workflows
● Support Windows and Intune environments where needed (macOS is the primary focus)
● Build and enhance automation across platforms using Python, Bash, Okta Workflows, and API integrations
● Partner with InfoSec to implement secure, scalable access and compliance standards
● Provide on-site technical leadership, overseeing setups, troubleshooting workspace tech, and ensuring a seamless
physical IT environment
● Drive end-to-end problem solving: from coding a workflow to getting a key system operational, whatever it takes to
keep the business moving
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
● 3–5 years of experience in Corporate IT, support, or infrastructure roles in a fast-paced environment
● Strong expertise in macOS administration and Jamf Pro, this is core to the role
● Familiarity with Windows and Intune environments (nice to have, not the focus)
● Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and cloud platforms
● Strong automation mindset with scripting experience (Python, Bash)
● Proactive, solution-oriented approach, you don’t wait for tasks, you find and fix problems early
● Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
● Comfortable with on-site work, including occasional physical tasks (lifting or moving hardware up to 20 kg)
● Bonus: experience with network administration or UniFi infrastructure
