Senior Financial Analyst (Contract)

Leesburg, FL | Onsite

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst. This role will work closely with the Manager, FP&A / Managed Care Operations providing analysis of financial and operational data through reporting packages, dashboards, metrics and various ad-hoc reporting. This position will also support budgeting, forecasting and tactical decision support initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission of driving overall health and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial analysis of results in partnership with Accounting and FP&A leadership.

  • Prepare monthly sales commission reporting.

  • Provide support periodically on monthly clinician bonus reporting.

  • Maintain, track, and enhance financial metrics and analytics dashboards.

  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and related deliverables.

  • Assist in monthly forecasting and annual nine-year projections.

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly Board reporting packages.

  • Pull, extract, and run reports from internal practice management systems to support financial metric reporting.

  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends through ongoing research and relevant education/seminars.

  • Support additional ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as assigned.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

  • 2–4 years of related accounting and/or finance experience required.

  • Public Accounting and/or Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience with SQL and/or Microsoft Access is a plus.

  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify and present complex information clearly.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, evaluate and draw conclusions from multi-dimensional data.

  • Ability to apply fundamental math and financial concepts (percentages, ratios, interest, commissions, etc.) to analysis and reporting.
