Salary: $115,000 - $130,000/annually Benefits & Bonus

Location: NYC - *3 days a week onsite*

Job Description:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive the company's financial roadmap by supporting the CFO in developing the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and comprehensive scenario analyses.

  • Reporting & Insights: Own the end-to-end process for all cross-departmental weekly dashboards. Continuously enhance these reports to deliver data that is highly accurate, timely, and insightful.

  • Business Partnership: Serve as a key financial liaison, partnering directly with venue and client teams on their specific budgeting, reforecasting needs, and any ad hoc reporting requests.

  • Financial Close & Analysis: Execute the monthly P&L process by conducting detailed variance analysis, pinpointing the key performance drivers, and preparing executive-ready reporting packages.

  • System & Process Improvement: Lead and actively contribute to projects that enhance our financial infrastructure, including data integration, implementing new ERP functionality, and improving reporting automation.

  • Strategic Support: Provide essential financial modeling and analytical insight for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), new business opportunities, and critical strategic/operational initiatives.

  • Incentive Management: Ensure fairness and clarity by managing the accurate tracking and transparent communication of all incentive plan data.
