Position Overview
What do our DevOps Engineers do all day?
You’ll work with cloud technologies in a dynamic, flexible, and fast paced environment to support the availability of critical business services and infrastructure operating at scale.
As a member of an agile team of smart and highly motivated DevOps engineers, you’ll build and maintain cloud solutions that support the ability for our customers to collaborate all over the world at any time. Within the fast-paced growth of the Cloud, you will find frequent opportunities for sharing, learning, and growing together as part of One Autodesk.

The position is opened in Bucharest and Romania.
Responsibilities :
Safely and consistently deliver new value to Autodesk customers
Support business non-negotiables such as security and compliance
Implement and refine observability and monitoring for the health of services for Revit Cloud Worksharing
Improve the efficiency and sustainability of operating services at scale across multiple regions
Solve complex problems through careful design and planning, minimizing disruption to our customers
Brainstorm on technology decisions that will support future business objectives
Collaborate with service engineers around infrastructure choices to support new functionality
Continuously learn and grow through knowledge sharing activities
Minimum qualifications
2 to 8 years' experience in a similar role
You have experience guiding teams through the design and implementation of infrastructure systems and using data to evaluate success.
You actively seek the ideas of others to improve decision quality
You embrace individuals' working styles and support team cohesion through mature, direct feedback
You are a knowledge multiplier, routinely documenting best practices and providing constructive feedback on your peers’ work
You partner with team leadership to ensure that we’re aligned and focused on the right priorities
You believe that every failure is an opportunity to learn. You encourage your team to embrace change with a sense of curiosity, partnering in continuous improvement processes such as retrospectives and blameless post-mortems
You have experience applying automation to improve the sustainability, efficiency, and reliability of processes
You have experience using IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to maintain services and their infrastructure
You have experience using tools such as New Relic, Splunk, and Dynatrace to improve service health, insight, and recovery time
You understand containerization tools such as Docker and AWS/ECS and have experience with scripting languages including bash, Python, and PowerShell
You will use your experience being on-call and responding to outages with urgency to uphold customers’ Trust in our products'
