You will design, automate, and scale secure, high-availability infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid, reliable delivery of our flagship product. Beyond hands-on engineering, you’ll play a key role in driving DevOps best practices, mentoring teammates, and shaping platform architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and manage AWS environments (multi-account, multi-region) with focus on scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.Design and implement GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and related tooling.Lead adoption of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane).Build and maintain Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including Helm-based deployments and cluster lifecycle management.Automate provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows across environments (dev, staging, production).Implement DevSecOps practices, including compliance automation, security scanning, and secrets management.Establish and evolve monitoring, logging, and observability (Datadog, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana).Partner with developers to ensure seamless application integration and rapid, reliable deployments.Mentor fellow engineers, drive cross-team DevOps best practices, and influence architecture decisions.Participate in and continuously improve the on-call rotation supporting mission-critical systems.
