About the job

Haydan Consultants, Inc. and our client, the PANYNJ, is looking to hire a talented Sr. Data Analyst. Responsibilities:
  1. Support all phases of design, development, and deployment of the Professional Services Workflows and process automation, in both the development and production environments, utilizing the OpenText Content Server platform with Document Builder/WF Painter, GCI workflow, and integrated OneFox modules.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements, for workflow plans, develop taxonomy, identify attributes and metadata for each document, manage template development and libraries in OpenText Content Server and coordinate with external developers on GCI workflow, throughout development.
  3. Manage and participate in all phases of workflow testing including functional through user acceptance, develop test scripts and user manuals, compile test findings, share results with external developers, and provide one-on-one support to users.
  4. Support the professional services procurement processes including development of numerous Request for Proposals supporting all six divisions, chair meetings with division staff to develop scopes and requirements, obtain risk requirements, research and screen services in B2GNow and liaise with Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion on results, compile and finalize solicitation.
  5. Support the department’s diversity, equity, and inclusion program including supporting departmental compliance officers, chairing meetings, and attending B2GNow vendor application troubleshooting and enhancement meetings.
  6. Examine, clean and transform data to measure operational and project performance
  7. Use of database and report writing software for the development of reports, such as proprietary B2GNow Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power BI.
  8. Provide data visualization, data analysis, and financial tracking utilizing B2GNow, SAP and the Authority’s Engineering Invoice Management System (EIMS), and develop complex reports using the proprietary B2GNow Power Bi tool.
  9. Identification and resolution of data integrity issues.
  10. Conduct analysis of large datasets, extract insights and segment data that will help in decision making.
Qualifications:
  1. Prime Firms proposed candidate(s) must have a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems or a similar technical degree.
  2. Must have a minimum of 10 years demonstrated experience in data analysis.
  3. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with OpenText Content Server – Document Builder/WF Painter platform plus 1-year experience integration with OneFox platform.
  4. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with B2GNow, SAP, and Engineering Invoice Management System (EIMS) applications.
  5. Proposed candidate must provide a maximum of three projects demonstrating relevant experience, within the past 7 years, with proven success using OpenText Content Server platform, integration with OneFox platform modules, and performing tasks, including use of B2GNow and EIMS, as outlined in the Attachment A – Task Order Scope of Services, included herewith.
  6. Proposed candidate must demonstrate hands on experience and knowledge of Engineering Departments Professional Services workflows including the RFP Legacy, Task Order Request Solicitation, and Request for Proposals workflows.
Rate:  $60-$70/Hr.
