Are you an experienced customer support professional with a passion for sustainability? At Valyuu, you’ll contribute to building a fair and circular electronics marketplace. As our Senior Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our customers and play a key role in shaping an outstanding customer experience within our fast-growing scale-up team.

What You Will Be Working On

As a Senior Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring our users get the best possible experience—from the moment they place an order to after-sales support. You’ll play a key role in helping us build a world-class support function, mentor junior team members, and bring our customer-centric values to life.

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of Valyuu for our customers—via email, chat, and phone.
  • Solve complex or escalated customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and work cross-functionally with Ops, Product, and Tech to improve the customer journey.
  • Create and improve internal processes and knowledge base content.
  • Coach and support junior team members and help scale the support team.
  • Take ownership of key support metrics (CSAT, response times, resolution rates).

Who You Are

  • You have 3–5+ years of experience in customer support, ideally in a scale-up, marketplace, or e-commerce environment.
  • You’re fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools (like Zendesk, Gorgias, etc.).
  • You have a problem-solving mindset and know how to de-escalate tricky situations.
  • You genuinely care about people—customers and colleagues alike.
  • You’re proactive, organized, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
