  • Ensure proper integration of CRM tools with other digital marketing and sales platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize customer touchpoints to maximize conversion rates.
  • Identify and implement automation strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Stay updated on CRM trends, technologies, and best practices to improve processes.


Requirements:
