Forward Role are partnering with a long-established financial services business to recruit a Senior CRM Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where employee wellbeing, flexibility and professional development are valued.

You’ll join a supportive marketing function of around 20 specialists working across CRM, digital, brand, analytics, UX and more, with plenty of autonomy to test new ideas and shape CRM strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate CRM sprints, ensuring smooth planning, execution and review of campaigns for investment products
  • Improve customer journeys by reviewing and refining all CRM communications and touchpoints
  • Manage member feedback through surveys and reporting, using insights to enhance experience and address issues
  • Develop and test CRM activity via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting technical queries and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Contribute to wider marketing projects and research new lead generation and competitor insights to support business growth

What we’re looking for:

  • At least three years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally with hands-on CRM and email platform use
  • Confident using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and Survey Monkey to deliver and measure campaigns
  • Strong creative, copywriting and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Good understanding of social media, Microsoft Office and Excel, with basic knowledge of HTML or WordPress an advantage
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships across teams
