We are looking for a strategic and solution-oriented Business Partner with exposure to Billing and Finance processes to join our IT Consulting and Engineering team. This role serves as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, including senior leadership, and Technical Teams (Development and Quality Engineering), driving the identification of business challenges, designing technology-enabled solutions, and leading the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement
- · Serve as the primary liaison between business units, finance teams, and engineering groups.
- · Facilitate strategic discussions with leadership to understand business goals and financial pain points.
· Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Billing & Finance Domain Expertise
- · Analyze and optimize billing workflows, revenue recognition, invoicing, and financial reporting processes.
- · Ensure solutions align with industry standards, compliance requirements, and financial regulations.
· Collaborate with finance SMEs to validate solution feasibility and accuracy.
- Solution Design & Delivery Leadership
