Role Summary
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Business Operations Senior Associate to drive the definition, management, and optimization of cross-company processes as Rowan continues to expand. In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Associate will be actively involved in managing and supporting cross-company projects, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across various teams and departments. The Senior Associate will play a key role in developing and maintaining standardized templates, workflows, and best practices to ensure efficient operations, seamless collaboration, and successful project delivery throughout the organization. Additionally, the role will support Board and Investment Committee approval requests by coordinating relevant documentation, facilitating pre-approval workflows, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of required materials. Responsibilities also include performing detailed quality checks on internal documents and supporting the team in addressing operational inquiries and process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in collaborating with cross-functional partners to streamline activities and enhance organizational effectiveness. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in business operations, project management, or related fields, as well as proficiency with relevant document management and collaboration tools, is preferred.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 15% for company gatherings.

Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continually refine standardized business processes to enhance operational efficiency, clarity, and consistency across the organization
- Create, update, and maintain templates, workflows, and best practice documentation to support seamless collaboration and enable consistent execution of business operations
- Coordinate and manage cross-departmental workflows, ensuring that all approval requests and supporting documentation are accurately prepared and delivered on schedule for key decision-making cycles, such as Board and Investment Committee reviews
- Conduct thorough quality checks on internal documents, materials, and operational deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards
- Support process improvement initiatives by tracking operational inquiries, identifying areas for optimization, and collaborating with relevant teams to implement enhancements
- Proactively partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and alignment on business operations objectives and deliverables
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-company projects, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and resources are effectively managed to achieve successful outcomes
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication and meeting deadlines
- Leverage document management and collaboration tools to streamline business operations, ensure efficient access to information, and promote transparency across teams
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, demonstrating strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills; experience in consulting is also highly relevant
- Industry experience in data center, construction, renewables, infrastructure, or consulting environments is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of best practices for stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Collaboration Tools
