Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and decompose high-level information into details.
• Gather Requirements from client in coordination with Project manager/Product manager and prepare technical design documents.
• Analyze user requirements and translates into functional documents.
• Prepare technical specification documents such as Data Dictionary, ER Diagrams and Flow charts.
• Engage with Functional and Technical Architects and other partners to ensure feasibility of the solution and provide various design options.
• Coordinate decisions based on business requirements, system functionality, and best business practices.
• Conduct requirement analysis and prepare specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
• Perform cost analysis and decide the actual timeframe for implementing proposed solutions.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and end users to ensure overall technical compatibility of the proposed solution.
• Oversee new system implementation, including data migration.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results.
• Ensure application owner (Product/Project manager) is satisfied and sign off is obtained before release of the product.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or related subjects, preferably Computer science or I.T
• Masters in Engineering or related subjects, preferably Computer science or I.T
• Good knowledge of software, hardware, and programming.
• 10-12 years of experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different programming languages.
• Prior Experience using Oracle Warehouse Builder& UNIX shell scripting.
• Good Understanding of the E-Business Suite technical architecture and infrastructure.
• Software tools :Jira, APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SQL/ PLSQL, Oracle, SAP business software applications, UML, web-based applications, Visio, Git.
• Certification Requirements: CCBA (Mandatory).
