We are currently seeking committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of primary and secondary schools across Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within inclusive and supportive educational environments, helping children with a variety of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN Assist class teachers in delivering tailored learning activities Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and SENCOs Help manage challenging behaviour with a calm and consistent approach We’re looking for someone who: Has experience working with children with SEN (in a school, care or support setting) Is caring, patient, and understanding Is confident in promoting positive behaviour strategies Can work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and external professionals Holds a valid DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to apply for one) Requirements: Essential: SEN Experience Desirable: SEN School Experience
