You will play a key role in developing relationships with companies, promoting our platform, and achieving sales targets.

This plan is designed to reward top performance, with commissions tied directly to the number of companies registered and the volume of job postings secured on the Job Studio platform. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients, focusing on companies that could benefit from using Job Studio for recruitment.
• Present and promote Job Studio’s services to companies through meetings, calls, and digital communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and HR professionals in various industries.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that encourage companies to post jobs on the platform.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by driving company sign-ups and job postings.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for market penetration.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, competition, and market trends.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
