About the job

We are a leading post-acute care provider, committed to transforming the patient experience and improving healthcare outcomes. Our mission is to reduce hospital readmissions and enhance value-based care by partnering with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and hospitals. We are seeking three highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic, remote sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth by generating new business and building strong relationships with SNFs. Your primary focus will be on cold calling SNFs across an assigned multi-state territory (4–5 states) to generate leads, set meetings, and help expand our network. Key Responsibilities: • Make high-volume cold calls to SNFs to identify prospects and schedule meetings for sales leadership • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan • Maintain accurate and organized records of all outreach and progress using spreadsheets • Report weekly progress and insights during team sales meetings • Represent the company at 2–3 tradeshows per year, networking and promoting our solutions This role is perfect for a self-starter with a proven track record in healthcare sales, who thrives on exceeding goals and enjoys being part of an ambitious, mission-driven team. Benefits
