We are seeking three highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic, remote sales team. As a leading post-acute care provider, we are committed to transforming the patient experience and improving healthcare outcomes. Our mission is to reduce hospital readmissions and enhance value-based care by partnering with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and hospitals. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth by generating new business and building strong relationships with SNFs. Your primary focus will be on cold calling SNFs across an assigned multi-state territory (4–5 states) to generate leads, set meetings, and help expand our network. Benefits
Base Salary: $75,000 annually
Performance Incentives: $500 per facility ($250 upon onboarding + $250 retention bonus after 12 months)
