Job Description:
The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the Pillar Head and the Sales Field Managers in both PSR and Pet Professional to support with optimal route and coverage. They will ensure excellence in execution and maximise sales team effectiveness through the development and application of standardised framework.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- You will be responsible for developing the framework and act as CoE for the Sales cluster execution teams to ensuring the effective development and operation of Sales call plans, Sales routes and processes and managed systems.
- You will ensure the Sales systems are fit for purpose, maximise ROI and run effectively and provide user friendly applications for the processing of daily business.
- You will act as Subject Matter Expert/key point of contact for the business in regards to Sales systems and processes:
- Partner with the regional Sales effectiveness Manager as well as with Mars IS or external 3rd parties as required in the development and implementation of new system adoption or changes.
- Be a key User for Salesforce CRM (or other sales CRM systems).
- Lead the adoption of new tech solution to drive efficiency through automation and AI and oversee the implementation of the new tools from pilot to hypercare.
- Give inputs for call plan improvement and track sales effectiveness (ROI)
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a Field related role, in execution and also proven record of driving performance through monitoring and measuring work, good understanding of tech tools.
- Business / Economics / Sales Education or experience.
- Excellent English skills. One extra European language is a plus, but not essential.
