About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager with strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills to support and optimize our sales processes. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in sales and a deep understanding of sales enablement, performance tracking, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
● Partner with sales leadership to define and implement sales strategies, processes, and reporting frameworks.
● Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and goal achievement across regions or centers.
● Monitor key performance metrics, sales funnels, and conversion ratios to identify improvement areas.
● Design and manage dashboards, MIS reports, and data analytics to drive decision-making.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
● Support forecasting, target setting, and incentive plan design.
● Train and guide sales teams on tools, CRM, and operational best practices.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
● 4–7 years of total experience, with at least 2+ years in sales and 2+ years in sales operations or strategy.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (Leadsquared / Zoho / HubSpot preferred).
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
● Prior experience in education, retail, or fast-paced consumer industries preferred.
