Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Executive – Real Estate


📍 Location: Mohali, Punjab (Office-based)


👩 Preferred Candidate: Female (Freshers to 2 years of experience)


We are seeking a motivated Telecaller (Sales Executive) to join our Real Estate sales team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-centric approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients regarding real estate projects.
  • Explain property details and handle customer queries effectively.
  • Maintain client records and follow up on leads to ensure conversion.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client site visits.


Requirements:

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of sales calling experience.
  • Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi, English, Punjabi preferred).
  • Confident, persuasive, and proactive in approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools preferred).
