We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway

  • FULL CYCLE POSITION: You will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature
  • Researched and prospected for new clients in the Middle East
  • Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
  • Present our solution to a range of people (C-levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
  • Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract
  • Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
  • Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events
  • Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.

Your basic qualifications

  • You have an excellent level of English; Arabic is a big plus
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • โ€œNo excusesโ€ attitude: You know that your success depends on you and no one else.
  • Hunger: You are not afraid of challenges, and you are eager to raise the bar every day
  • Proactivity: You actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes

We are also interested in

  • Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups
  • Previous experience in the Middle East market
  • Spanish is a plus
