Mizzi Motors Ltd is one of the leading companies in the local automotive industry. We are looking to employ a full time Sales Executive within Mizzi Lease to join our team.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- To open and close showroom and ensure that both the showroom and the vehicles are maintained in optimum condition at all times.
- To establish and maintain an excellent relationship with customers, answers all queries related to the vehicles and attends to their requirements prior to and during the sale process.
- To promote and sell the brands to increase sales and brand knowledge with customers.
- To register all sold vehicles in the leasing system.
- To evaluate customer’s choice of product and price budget to help customers make smarter purchasing decisions.
- To explain vehicle model features to customers and conduct test drives to encourage customers to purchase used and new vehicle.
- To handle all documentation related to the sale of the vehicles and collects payments (cash and / or cheque deposits) from customers upon sale of vehicle.
- To handle all documentation related to the new lease of vehicles including payments
- To make the necessary arrangements to check and prepare the vehicle upon the delivery to the customer and gives a thorough explanation to the customer regarding vehicle’s interior and controls.
- To handle any complaints related to the sales department and inform the Sales Manager accordingly.
- To attend to new vehicle launches, motor fairs and any promotional events that may be organized outside working hours from time to time.
- To maintain the social media platforms including advertising for Mizzi Lease.
- To attend any required training organized by the Company both locally or abroad.
- To carry out any additional duties assigned by the General Manager/Sales Manager
- To adhere strictly to Health and safety regulations and company policies together with Franchise standard requirements
Educational and skill requirements:
‘O’ level standard of education.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Good verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English
