As the company expands, it's time to grow our sales team! We’re looking for an energetic, multilingual, versatile and knowledgeable sales professional. The SDR will join our sales team in the US. Their role is to amplify our capabilities by qualifying and converting incoming leads. If you're passionate about driving business development and constantly learning in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities

  • Qualify and convert inbound and outbound leads
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use Hubspot (CRM) to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments


Requirements

  • At least 1 years experience in a high volume sales environment
  • Knowledge of the mortgages/real estate industry in the US preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese - plus)
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a client focus.
  • Adaptability and solution-oriented.
  • Highly self-motivated and passionate.
