Overview
A professional family in Scarsdale, NY is looking for a full-time family-friendly housekeeper. This is a Monday through Friday role, with hours of 10am-6pm. The home is approximately 7,000 square feet with 7-bedrooms and 6.5-baths and no pets. The family has a full-time nanny for their three young children but this candidate may need to assist from time to time with childcare.
Responsibilities
- Deep clean and maintain tidiness and organization of home
- Follow set weekly/monthly cleaning schedule while adjusting as candidate identifies efficiencies
- Linens, laundry, and ironing
- Occasional assistance with children
- Meal prep following recipes and using food already in the home
Qualifications
- Able to assist with errands from time to time
- Assist with packing and unpack for trips
- Proactive in approach but able to take direction
Requirements
- Legal to work in US
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience in high-end home
- Comfortable working as part of team
- Strong communication skills
Salary and Benefits
$35-$40/hr plus PTO, sick days, and health care stipend
