About the job

At Qualia, we've built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple, secure, and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem-homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents-onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

We're looking for a sharp, results-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is a strategic partner to our revenue teams, responsible for the operational health and scalability of our sales processes, and recognizes the importance of data to drive business decisions. On our team, we want creative and independent problem solvers who love to identify and solve complex problems and are excited to be champions for automation. You will not only execute core operations but will also lead initiatives to continuously improve our revenue engine.

This is more than a task-oriented role; it's an opportunity to be a strategic partner at a rapidly growing company. You'll own critical operational functions, contribute to high-impact automation projects, and work with senior leadership to shape the future of our Go-To-Market strategy. We offer a competitive compensation package and a culture that is deeply invested in your professional development and career growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data & Reporting Leadership

  • Own and drive the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports (pipeline, forecasting, KPIs) to provide accurate, actionable insights for sales, marketing, and leadership
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks to revenue goals
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all revenue systems, leading data quality initiatives
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly business review decks for sales performance

Operational Excellence & Automation

  • Proactively identify and champion opportunities to eliminate manual, low-value tasks through automation
  • Lead the implementation of automation solutions using tools (like LeanData) and explore new AI technologies to enhance team productivity
  • Define, design, develop, and manage scalable sales and marketing workflows to improve overall efficiency

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a trusted partner to sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams, providing strategic operational support and guidance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales guidelines and rules of engagement, communicating updates and policy changes to reps and managers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues related to accounts, opportunities, and system functionality

Systems & Process Management

  • Drive the management of user settings and access for new team members across the sales technology stack
  • Champion the optimization of our sales tech stack by proactively collaborating with our IT team on system improvements, project requirements, and UAT testing
  • Manage and execute account reassignments for sales teams (new hires, departures, segment moves, annual updates) with a focus on process efficiency and fairness

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations, ideally in a B2B technology environment
  • Passionate about learning and growing in an AI-forward organization
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, reporting, and data management is a must
  • Advanced proficiency in data management and analysis tools, including Google Sheets and Salesforce. Data warehouse or modeling is a plus (like SQL or BI)
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights
  • Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and a track record of contributing to or leading automation solutions
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (like Seismic) and conversation intelligence (like Gong)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with LeanData or similar routing tools

Preferred:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Comfortable with agile project methodologies and change management principles
  • Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
