Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Prepare weekly reports on sales activity, schedule and organize meetings, and maintain sales presentations and materials.

  • CRM Management: Ensure accuracy of CRM data, including contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks, and follow-ups; generate reports to track sales progress.

  • Industry Research: Monitor industry news, analyze market trends, and maintain competitive analysis to inform sales strategy and business development.

  • Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with internal teams to develop newsletters, draft professional social media posts, support lead-generation campaigns, and assist with client event logistics.

Qualifications
