  • Assign, schedule, and supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Oversee job startup, documentation, budgets, change orders, billing, and close-out.
  • Monitor quality assurance, enforce safety regulations and IICRC standards.
  • Coach and mentor field teams; evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with estimating, procurement, and operations teams to refine scopes.
  • Participate in on-call rotation or emergency response as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in restoration or related construction industry.
  • Proven ability to sign up customers post-loss and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
  • Experience with insurance claims, adjusters, or property management preferred.
  • Experience using Xactimate or similar estimating/project management software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and sales aptitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

  • Customer satisfaction and rework rate
  • Crew utilization and productivity
  • Safety compliance record
  • Relationship growth with insurance partners

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Field based role with time spent on-site in varying conditions (water, fire, mold, etc.).
  • Ability to climb ladders, walk on unstable surfaces, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces.
  • Some weekend, night, or on-call work may be required.
