HM Staffing Solutions is seeking Restoration Techs for our client, who specializes in restoring homes and businesses after fire, water, mold, and storm damage.
What You'll Do
As a Restoration Technician, you'll be on the front lines of disaster recovery, helping clients get back on their feet. Responsibilities include:
• Responding to emergency restoration calls (water, fire, mold, storm)
• Performing demolition, cleanup, drying, and sanitization
• Operating restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters)
• Documenting work with photos and job notes
• Communicating with clients and team members professionally
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site
What We're Looking For
• Experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• WRT certification is plus
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
