What’s on Offer? £26,000–£35,000 base salary (dependent on experience) Uncapped commission – OTE £85,000+ 4 days in-office (Towcester) with 1 day working from home Access to a warm education market across London and the Home Counties Full CRM system, candidate-attracting website, and a growing reputation Opportunities for leadership and progression as the business scales What You’ll Be Doing: Managing and growing your own client and candidate base Delivering a full 360° recruitment service across your patch Developing long-term partnerships with schools and education professionals Marketing top-tier candidates and promoting JobsinED’s services Contributing to business strategy and identifying growth areas Collaborating with a driven, success-focused team Who We’re Looking For: A proven biller – ideally with at least 12 months’ 360 recruitment experience Self-motivated and confident running your own desk Able to win new business while managing existing relationships Sharp communicator with strong commercial instincts Resilient, competitive, and growth-minded Industry background flexible – education experience is a bonus, not a must Why Join JobsinED?
