The Opportunity:
We’re excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our London branch. This is a dynamic, 360° recruitment role within the Hospitality sector. You will inherit substantial active accounts, allowing you to jump in and make an immediate impact. Additionally, you will work closely with our established team, focusing on nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
About You:
We’re looking for a candidate with a minimum of 12 months of experience in a 360° recruitment role. This position requires strong skills in lead generation, conversion, account development, and candidate sourcing and management. An interest in sales and business development is essential. Our ideal candidate has leadership aspirations, as we envision this role evolving into a management position within our team.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE), plus uncapped commission
