PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for Sourcing Resumes and screening candidates SCOPE The Senior Recruitment Consultant reports to the Recruitment Supervisor and is responsible for achieving deadline as requested and also number of CVs. RESPONSIBILITIES Head hunt the needed and qualified candidates Profile the candidates competency mapping after matching with Planned Screen and select Resume to proceed with filling the opportunity Make interview with the candidates as per our clients request Approach and convince the best caliber for the client opportunities Follow up with the candidates and the client to the offer closing. Identifying the qualifications/competencies for each Search assignment required Arrange with the client and candidate from receiving the request till closing the contract between them Any other related tasks assigned Requirements Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, 2 of them in recruitment agency. Excellent in writing, reading and engaging an English conversation. Excellent in using MS Office applications. Knowledge of ATSs.
