Position: Recruitment Consultant (hiring all levels)
Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: £30,000+
DeepRec.ai, the newest and loudest part of the Trinnovo Group. We specialise in AI and Deep Tech recruitment.
After a very successful 18 months setting up the team and growing to nine consultants, our team in is growing again in Bishops Stortford! Off the back of our best Quarter since inception we are looking to build momentum in Q4 and carry that onto 2025.
Role Summary:
- Business Development: Identify and secure new clients in the AI and tech sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique recruitment needs.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing deals.
- Market Expertise: Leverage your experience in the energy/renewables sector to identify suitable candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in 360 recruitment within the AI or tech industries.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
