Job Description
The Temporary Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR team by coordinating full-cycle recruitment for administrative and programmatic roles. This individual will manage scheduling, candidate communication, and assist with HR processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting processes for administrative and programmatic roles, including resume screening, candidate interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Create and post job ads on HRIS and external job boards; develop interview guides and screening questions.
- Schedule and organize candidate interviews, collaborating with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Collect post-interview surveys, develop feedback forms, and share results with hiring managers.
- Assist with the employment offer process in coordination with HR staff and hiring managers.
- Monitor recruitment inboxes, respond to candidate inquiries, and provide scheduling updates.
- Support recruitment for summer internship programs if assignment extends, partnering with university career centers.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of HR administrative experience, including at least 1 year in recruitment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and ATS.
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proactive problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
