Alchemy is on the hunt for a passionate and dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to help us build an incredible candidate experience from start to finish. As an early member of our talent acquisition team, you’ll be at the heart of driving growth by coordinating virtual and onsite interviews while delivering a top-tier candidate experience. You'll be the face of Alchemy for candidates, ensuring that each one leaves excited about the possibility of joining us.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the architect of an unforgettable candidate journey, from scheduling phone and video calls to organizing seamless onsite and virtual interviews.
  • Build strong relationships with our candidates and team, ensuring communication is friendly, professional, and always confidential.
  • Partner with recruiters to bring creative ideas to life, from improving processes to launching fun, innovative talent acquisition programs.
  • Own the interview experience—track and optimize every interaction, acting as the go-to point of contact for candidates.
  • Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate data in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience, ideally in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you’re professional, approachable, and fun to work with.
  • A team player mindset, thriving in a collaborative environment with multiple moving parts.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and a razor-sharp attention to detail.

Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited flexible time off.

The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Please note this range reflects base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
