Job Description:
The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet guests, handle internal communications, and provide general administrative support. This position plays a key role in maintaining a polished and welcoming office atmosphere while supporting daily business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails to appropriate contacts.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front office and common areas.
- Manage meeting room scheduling and coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist in preparing documents and materials for meetings.
