Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a reliable and personable Receptionist to support our client’s front desk operations. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and callers and provide light administrative support across the office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members
  • Greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously
  • Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings
  • Organize incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and supplies in shared kitchen and common areas
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and document prep
  • Support light contract admin tasks (training will be provided)


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in front desk or administrative support roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
