Receptionist

 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Wincanton for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing general receptionist duties. Additional tasks include clerical work, customer service, and effective communication with residents, their families, and staff members.

 Qualifications

Possess skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties

Proficiency in Clerical Skills

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Ability to work on-site in Wincanton

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
