Quality Engineer (Mid-Level)

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our testing strategy—designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks that ensure the reliability and performance of our products. You’ll also lead manual testing efforts when needed, helping us ship with confidence and speed. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building tools that improve engineering quality and velocity.What We’re Looking For- 3–5 years of experience in software quality engineering, with a strong focus on test automation- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end testing strategies across web-based applications- Proficiency in writing automated tests using tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies- Ability to plan and execute manual test cases when needed, especially for edge cases and exploratory testing- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured) and backend validation- Experience with .NET / C# and Microsoft Azure- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset—you’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers- Bonus: experience in fintech, payments, or real estate tech environmentsCompetitive CompensationHealth & Wellness PlansRemote Work FlexibilityLearning & DevelopmentMedical, Dental, Life Benefits401k With Company Match
