What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years in Quality Assurance (required)

• 4 years working with industrial equipment (required)

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (required; Black Belt preferred)

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS, UL/CSA standards, and manufacturing processes

• Strong problem-solving mindset, with experience in PFMEA, SPC, GRR, 5Y, CAR and other continuous improvement tools

Day-to-Day Impact:

• Ensure processes and products meet customer and industry standards

• Drive corrective actions and preventive improvements

• Analyze and report on quality metrics and KPIs

• Support cross-functional teams to enhance design, manufacturability, and cost efficiency

• Conduct internal audits and maintain compliance with ISO 9001
