Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Officer for a large company based in D 15
This is a permanent role and the chance to join a fantastic team and large company and have fantastic career progression opportunities.
Hours are : Shift 08.00 am -5 pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities and Duties
- Preparing and delivering reporting on quality, compliance, and governance related activity
- Quality reporting - assisting teams in managing their metrics, and providing reports for Management
- Reviewing and maintaining quality controls and documentation
- Producing a Quality & Compliance Action plan
- Manage Customer and store complaints/ claims
- Report and action any non-conformances.
- Preparation and support for upcoming Audits- BRC
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a control function, such as Quality, Compliance or Audit;
- Ability to work in a busy environment meeting time / budget deadlines
- The ability to problem-solve and also implement (or assist in the implementation of) the solution.
- The ability to multi task.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Team player with a Positive attitude.
- Transport industry experience would be ideal ie worked previously within transport within Quality as a Quality Officer
