Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans tailored to the company’s products and services.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Utilize statistical tools and techniques for process control and improvement.
• Create and maintain testing procedures for products and materials.
• Perform detailed inspections using precision instruments and software tools.
• Document and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate quality issues and lead root cause analysis to determine corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate quality records, including inspection and audit reports.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to regional and international quality standards.

Qualification

• Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis.
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good analytical skills.
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
