- B.Sc. (Industrial or other Engineering)
- 2+ years of experience in project management, client services, or account management – preferably in fintech, DeFi or other tech co.
- Familiarity / ability and willingness to learn the DeFi ecosystem, blockchain basics, and common platforms/protocols.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong client-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages a plus
