Summary of the Role
Join the Global Supply Chain Digital Platform Management team at a large biotech pharmaceutical leader, responsible for advancing digital supply chain initiatives. You will play a pivotal consultative role bridging business requirements and technology solutions for end-to-end supply chain optimization. The role drives process improvement, systems alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to support current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure business requirements and system designs align for current and future supply chain needs
- Partner with Planning, Operations, and Project Management teams on business case rationalizations
- Support business process mapping, documentation, and functional user-requirement development
- Facilitate moderately complex analyses, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with SAP S4 Implementation Planning and Master Data Management teams
- Champion the use of analytics and Operational Excellence for process improvements
- Drive consensus in highly complex, multi-functional business process sessions
- Provide technical consulting, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff
- Monitor and report project progress, escalate issues, and facilitate decision-making
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience supporting major business process improvement initiatives in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking abilities, able to shift priorities effectively
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving acumen
- Demonstrated urgency and reliability in delivering results
- Ability to distill large sources of information into clear business cases and requirements
