Project Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager who is fluent in Persian and based in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects, acting as the primary point of contact between Persian-speaking stakeholders and internal teams. You will manage project timelines, resources, communication, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Communicate effectively with Persian-speaking clients and partners.
• Translate project requirements and updates between Persian and English.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration and allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor project performance using tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Prepare regular progress reports and conduct meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the project team.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Persian (Farsi) and English (both written and spoken).
• Currently residing in Malaysia with the legal right to work.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
