We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team and work on IT projects.
Job Description
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Establish project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Team Coordination:
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage conflicts and resolve issues within the team or with external stakeholders.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
- Knowledge of risk management principles and budgeting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
