We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to lead product development projects in our fast-paced, innovation-led environment.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage product timelines, schedules, and deliverables with precision
- Facilitate Scrum activities (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Organize brainstorming sessions, wireframing, and system diagram discussions
- Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to align vision & execution
- Break down requirements into actionable tasks and manage resource allocation
- Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and keep teams on track
- Act as the bridge between business goals and technical delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of proven experience in project management (preferably in product-based companies)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
